Awesome game but damn the bats are ridiculous in the game.

Great game, but it always freezes then restarts when I switch apps or lock the screen.

Playing this on an ipad mini 3. Im not getting any sound.

Got sucked in in PC version. Had to get for iOS gaming on the go. A steal for $3!

Blend of classic arcade games with todays fast pace of iOS games. Quickly became my favourite on the platform.

So many little details they got right here. From the colour schemes to the sounds to the animation. Super well done! I hope they make more like this.

I love this game! Great roguelike; it feels great to know that Im getting further down the well each time due to my own learning, trial & error and skills (and a little bit of luck with the random upgrades along the way). Combo bonuses, and choosing upgrades wisely makes for a fun, strategic game that keeps me coming back for more again and again! Cant put it down! Highly recommended!

Such a fun game to play! No in-game purchasing, fast based gameplay and really smooth. Love the old retro style. Loooove it! Not easy though!

First and foremost, Downwell is my favourite iPhone game so far! I love it to bits! It would be awesome if there were new modes. Maybe a mode where you start with 4 health. Once you lose one health, you cant go above. Eg: if you were at 4, then lost one, so now youre at 3, you cant go above 3 health. A mode where you get to pick your starting gun, but can only change it after completing a set of levels (eg: Cavern). A mode where you dont have a gun, but you do have a double jump and a safety jetpack (you get a gun for the boss level). Also, I saw the gif for the no blocks/platform style, and I really, really want to play it. Last thing. Will Downwell be coming to the Mac? Thanks for making such an incredible game! Ill be playing this one for a long time! :)

Really love it very well done

This game is the best platformer in recent years. Ive loved devolvers work and have played way too much luftrausers. Unfortunately, this game runs at what appears to be half if its intended speed. It has done this since i first opened the app. Im on an older iPhone but i thought it could handle this. Pleasebring some performance upgrades. (Seriously, im stuck in a well)

The game is sort of fun but playing on a 6s means your finger are going to cover most of the actions plus the buttons are so easy to miss that youll be steering your guy in the wrong direction very often. Poorly executed in my opinion. Must be a blast on pc though

This is absolutely amazing, worth the money. I love this game.

Shooting these monsters with the different weapons is way too satisfying to handle!
